I have had it (me and about 50 Million other Amercians!)
! I have been sneezing for weeks and just hoping that the whatever it is that is blooming straight up my nose apparently… will pass. Allergy season has been a bit rougher this year and while I am all for hearing why, I am more interested in hearing how I can cope! I am quite pathetic really. Sitting here, blogging… eyes watering, tissues everywhere. With each sneeze I am getting closer and closer to settling for a drug store remedy. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
I turn to my life line for help. A Google search turned out that local honey is one of the best natural remedies for allergies. Honey bees in your neighborhood travel from flowers to flowers collecting nectar from the same plants that are giving you allergy symptoms. The raw honeys collected by these bees contain bits and pieces of the same pollens from these plants. So, by eating these very same raw honey made by the bees from your area, the raw honey will often act as an immune system booster to reduce your allergy symptoms to local flowering plants. Sweet!
